MPNA By-Laws
Bylaws are supplementary regulations that pertain to members, primarily focusing on internal and administrative issues. They are established under the Constitution, making them subordinate to it, and must align with its provisions without any inconsistencies.
Constitution
The constitution is our model rules that govern us as an association are to be read in conjunction with the by-laws and other referenced policies.
MPNA Umpiring Policies
Our umpiring program is currently under review. Please reference NV Umpire Pathway program for general information.
At MPNA - if you want to become and umpire you need to:

be at least 14 years old

have completed your rules of netball course through netball learning

submitted an expression of interest to umpires@mpna.com.au
